Dominica Builds Climate-Resistant Emergency Shelters
After the catastrophic damages caused by both Tropical Storm Erika (2015) and Hurricane Maria (2017), the Commonwealth of Dominica in partnership with the European Fund has built two climate-resistant Regional Emergency Shelters.
