The Water Business Unit wishes to advise customers of a fault involving high conductivity intrusion at the Barnacle Point facility. As a result, some customers may notice an increase in saline concentration in their water supply.

Our technical team is currently conducting testing and will be flushing distribution lines to ensure water quality standards are restored and maintained.

Affected areas: Barnes Hill, Carlisle, Cassada Gardens Booster Station servicing areas from Friars Hill North to Boons Point, Coolidge, Grays Hill Reservoir servicing surrounding areas from St John’s City to Five Islands, New Winthorpes, Paynters West, Piggotts west of the playing field, Potters West, Scotts Hill Reservoir and surrounding areas.
