ANTIGUA & BARBUDA NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY: The National Parks Authority (NPA) is strengthening security measures within the Falmouth Harbour as part of ongoing efforts to improve safety, visibility, and the overall experience for residents and visitors using the area.
As part of the planned improvements, the NPA will install a new security booth at the Falmouth Harbour car park to provide a more visible and consistent security presence.
Additional CCTV cameras will also be installed throughout the area, while improvements to existing lighting will help enhance visibility, particularly during evening hours.
Works are expected to commence in October 2026.
The improvements form part of the National Parks Authority’s continued commitment to maintaining safe, welcoming and well-managed public spaces within the areas under its management.
The NPA appreciates the cooperation of residents, visitors, businesses and other stakeholders as these improvements are carried out.
