Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda (RPFAB): Officers of the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda were out engaging members of the public and business owners as part of ongoing preparations for the upcoming Hard Lockdown Security Exercise scheduled for next Friday, July 10, 2026.

The awareness campaign provided residents and businesses with important information on what to expect during the exercise, including temporary road closures, restricted access to designated security zones, and traffic diversions. Officers also answered questions and encouraged everyone to plan ahead to minimize any inconvenience.

This exercise forms a vital part of Antigua and Barbuda’s preparations to host the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) 2026 and will test the nation’s security and emergency response capabilities.
