The APUA Water Business Unit wishes to advise customers that scheduled maintenance work was successfully carried out yesterday at the Crabbs Reverse Osmosis Plant.

Our team completed critical repairs to a shaft on the D pump, which required temporary adjustments to operations affecting the transfer of water to the Parham Booster Station.

As a result, some customers experienced brief service disruptions in areas supplied by the Parham Booster Station.

We are pleased to confirm that the work has been completed and normal operations have resumed.

We thank our customers for their patience and understanding as we continue to carry out essential maintenance to improve service reliability.
