STATE MEDIA: The Education Ministry has taken the decision to close all public institutions of learning in ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฎ๐๐ on Friday, October 10, 2025 due to a Flash Flood Warning which remains in effect. Private institutions are encouraged to do likewise
