Friday 10 October, 2025: Some of our water production facilities are currently offline due to loss of power. Priority will be given to restoring electricity at our Reverse Osmosis plants once restoration work begins.

Following the restoration of power, our technicians will conduct thorough safety checks to ensure there is no presence of moisture in any high-voltage electrical equipment before resuming operations.

In relation to our natural water reservoirs, our team will continue to adhere to the World Health Organization’s (WHO) standards by ensuring that all water is properly treated before being distributed to consumers.
