STRATCOM: The family of 69-year-old Mr. Wilson Emmanuel is seeking the public’s help to locate him.

Mr. Emmanuel is approximately 6ft-2 inches tall with a slim body, a fair complexion, and a white beard.

He was last seen Sunday morning in the Heritage Quay area, wearing a blue jogging suit and baseball cap with no shoes on his feet.

The police have deployed several resources in search of him; however, he has not yet been seen.

Anyone who may have seen him or have information can contact any police station or the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913.
