The APUA Electricity Business Unit would like to notify customers of interrupted electricity service on Tuesday 7th June 2022 between the hours of 5:00AM and 8:00AM for approximately 15 to 30 minutes to facilitate protection upgrades and maintenance at the Five Island Substation.

Please see affected areas; Gambles, St. John’s City, Radio Range, Martin Village, Brown’s Avenue, Carnival Gardens, Lower Factory Rd, Old Parham Rd, Parliament Drive, Oval ‘s and Camacho Drive.

Other areas include Five Islands, Upper and Lower Ottos, Hatton, The Grace Green Community, Bolans, Valley Church, Sweets, Buckleys, Ffryes Estate, Orange Valley, Lower Skerritts Pasture, Sea View Farm, Freeman Village and Light Foot East and West.

APUA apologises for any inconvenience caused by this outage and will make efforts to restore service to the affected areas in the shortest possible time.
