A three-year-old boy who fell into his family’s cistern on Sunday 17th April 2022 at Cassada gardens has died. The toddler has been unresponsive since he was taken to the Sir Lester Bird Medical Center (SLBMC) on Sunday afternoon.

The child has been in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and suffered several seizures and his heart rate had dropped significantly over time. All attempts to resuscitate him by medical personnel at the hospital proved futile.
