APUA Water Business Unit wishes to apologise to its customers for the interruption of their scheduled water distribution.
On Friday 15th April 2022 at 0500 hrs, a failed recirculating line was discovered at the Parham Booster Station. Repairs were completed at 1600 hrs.

While attempting to resume operations, our team encountered further delay while restarting the Crabbs Reverse Osmosis Plant.
This unplanned outage severely impacted the distribution of water to the communities of Long Bay through Five Islands, Liberta through Freemans Village, Seaview Farm through Yorks, and Central areas within St. John’s.

We understand how undesirable this situation is and wish to assure you that our team is working to restore services as soon as possible.
We anticipate that the regular water schedule should normalise within the next 24 hours.
Once again, we strongly reiterate our deepest apologies for such an unfortunate occurrence.
