(Dashboard Update for January 17, 2022)

The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment revealed twenty-five (25) new laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Wednesday 12th January 2022 at 6pm.

One hundred and sixteen (116) samples were processed. Sixty-five (65) recovered cases were recorded. One (1) COVID-19 related death was recorded at Sir Lester Bird Medical Center.

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is five thousand three hundred and forty-six (5,346); which is inclusive of nine hundred and eighty-six twenty-five (985) active cases. There are nine (9) hospitalized cases; five (5) moderate and four (4) mild.

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.
