ROYAL POLICE FORCE OF ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA
Office of Strategic Communications – STRATCOM, St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, Thursday, September 17, 2026: The police are renewing their appeal for Janiah Antione of Golden Grove to surrender himself to the police without further delay.

Antione is believed to be armed and is therefore considered dangerous. Members of the public are once again strongly advised not to approach, confront, or attempt to apprehend him if he is seen. Instead, immediately contact the police.

The Police Administration is also reminding the public that harbouring, concealing, assisting, or otherwise facilitating a person wanted by the police to evade lawful arrest may constitute a serious criminal offence.

Police are therefore calling upon relatives, friends, associates, and other persons who may be in contact with Antione not to assist him in voiding the authorities, but instead to encourage him to surrender peacefully and without delay.

Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Janiah Antione is asked to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913/3914, Crimestoppers at 800-TIPS (8477), or the nearest police station.
