Caribbean Electric Utility Services Corporation (CARILEC): This year, 11 electric utilities are participating in the event. The opening day begins with the Symposium, featuring classroom-style learning, panel discussions, and presentations where participants explore theoretical aspects of the field while sharing operational insights and best practices across utilities.
