The Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force (ABDF) proudly deployed 18 personnel over a 10-day period in support of CARIFESTA XV.
Our troops provided crucial assistance to the Barbados Defence Force (BDF) and the TBPS through mobile patrols and venue security operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and incident-free celebration of Caribbean culture.
This deployment not only showcased the ABDF’s commitment to regional security but also strengthened bonds with fellow Regional Security System (RSS) member states as we worked side by side to safeguard one of the Caribbean’s largest cultural festivals.
