The Development Control Authority (DCA) reminds the public that placing boulders, stones, or any obstruction on the roadside (Crown verge) is prohibited.

• It endangers motorists

• It puts pedestrians at risk

• It blocks emergency & utility services (like APUA) from doing critical work
