ST. JOHN’S DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Please be advised that effective April 17, 2025 all vendors must operate within the vegetable section of the Public Market Complex which includes the northern and southern sections of the Complex.

There are ninety (90) available spots in and around the complex. Vendors will be assigned appropriate vending areas accordingly.

Vending will no longer be permitted in the following areas:

• The vicinity of the V.C. Bird Bust and the Heroes Park

• The Fisheries Complex

• Lower St. John’s City

Additionally, vending on sidewalks is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this notice will result in the removal of your operation by the appropriate Authorities.
