The project is being executed by Amdex—a collaboration between Canadian-based Dexter Company and local expertise, bringing extensive capacity to this transformative venture

• Survey teams and testing crews are now on-site

• Road reconstruction will cover over 10 miles, from the V.C. Bird Bust in St. John’s to English Harbour

• In partnership with APUA, old water pipes will be replaced alongside road reconstruction ensuring the road won’t need to be dug up again anytime soon

• Smart traffic diversions are being planned to reduce disruption for commuters during construction
