APUA is pleased to share the significant progress being made at the Seven Seas Reverse Osmosis Plant at Barnacle Point, where major mainline installation works have been underway.

This project represents one of the Authority’s most substantial investments in recent years and is a critical step towards strengthening the nation’s water infrastructure.
These upgrades are now in the final stages of completion, marking a monumental milestone in APUA’s long-term strategy to enhance water quality and improve the reliability of supply across Antigua and Barbuda.

The team, including our Hon Melford Nicholas Minister of Public Utilities, APUA’s CEO, Mr. John Bradshaw, Mr. Jason Peters Water Business Unit Manager (AG) other members of the APUA Water Business Unit, and members of the Seven Seas Water team, all observed the successful production of potable water from the upgraded system.
This is a proud moment for all involved and a promising sign of the improved capacity that residents can look forward to.

We extend our appreciation to our dedicated staff, partners at Seven Seas, and the wider community for their patience and support throughout this process.
APUA remains steadfast in delivering better service, stronger systems, and a more resilient future for the people of Antigua and Barbuda.
