Antigua and Barbuda National Park: The Government of Antigua and Barbuda has declared the Nelson’s Dockyard National Park a Noise Abatement Zone, under the Noise Abatement Act 1996, effective November 15, 2025.

This step helps protect the Park’s cultural heritage, preserve the peace of its communities, and sustain the high-quality experience for residents, visitors, and businesses alike.

Let’s work together to keep the Dockyard special for residents, visitors and businesses alike.

What this means:
• Persons within the Park must not cause noise to be an annoyance to others in the Park.
• Loud music must end by 12 midnight.
• All music must stop by 1:00 AM. Any activity beyond 1 AM requires a special permit.
