As of 11 AM today, the Antigua and Barbuda Meteorological Service will be placing Barbuda under a Tropical Storm Warning.
This means tropical storm conditions are expected within the next 24 hours. Residents are urged to finalize preparations, stay alert, and monitor official updates.
