The Antigua and Barbuda Red Cross Society (ABRCS) is proud to launch the President’s First Responder Scholarship Program. A FULL TRAINING & CERTIFICATION opportunity for two young people (one male, one female), ages 18–31, to become certified ABRCS Volunteer First Responders.
Why Apply?
You’ll receive training in:
• Basic Life Support (CPR & AED)
• First Aid & Emergency Scene Management
• Disaster Preparedness & Response
• Psychological First Aid
• Teamwork & Leadership
This program is designed for new applicants only (non-Red Cross volunteers).
How to Apply:
Submit a 500–1000-word essay answering:
“Why do you believe you would be the best candidate for the President’s First Responder Scholarship Program?”
Include your essay a clear photo of your passport bio page, and send to: abredcross@abrcs.org
