Central Board of Health Antigua and Barbuda (CBH): On March 26th, the Food Safety Team from Clarevue Psychiatric Hospital and Care Project participated in an essential Food Safety Training facilitated by Ms. Julienne Mannix, Principal Public Health Inspector.

As institutions that provide care for vulnerable groups, ensuring safe food handling from receipt to table is critical. The training focused on the Five Keys to Safe Food, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills to uphold the highest food safety standards.

A special thanks to Ms. Judy Payne; Nutritionist, for organizing this vital training session. By building capacity within our food safety teams, we continue to prioritize the health and well-being of those we serve. Safe food, healthier communities!
