National Office of Disaster Services (NODS): We want to say a special thank you to all the participants in this year’s National Tsunami Evacuation Exercise ‘Caribe Wave’ held last Thursday throughout the island. It was a wonderful experience.

Thanks to the District Disaster Coordinators and volunteers, and our partner agencies – the Met Office, Police and Fire Departments, Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force, Antigua and Barbuda Red Cross, Antigua and Barbuda Search and Rescue (ABSAR), the Eastern Caribbean Marina and Boardyard Limited at Jolly Harbour, Stonewall Sounds, the telecoms companies and the Antigua and Barbuda Transport Board.
