CABINET NOTES: The Fire Chief and his deputy were invited to Cabinet to address the issue of the rebuilding of the 1964 firehouse on Factory Road.
The government has secured funding from the Global Climate Fund to construct a new firehouse and to repair several government buildings that are currently used by other divisions of the central government.
The Fire Department will construct a temporary structure on lands adjacent to the current station while the new firehouse is being constructed.
