The general public is hereby put on notice that the delivery time for animals has been adjusted. Please note that the time for animals to be brought to the Abattoir for slaughtering purposes for the next day will be as follows:
MONDAYS to THURSDAYS 12:00 midday
The 5p.m. delivery time will still be applicable but the animals will not be dealt with then. That is, the animals will not be slaughtered the next day as previously but will be slaughtered on the day after.
Additionally, ALL emergency slaughters (broken leg), hit by vehicle, shot, etc. will be slaughtered on the same day. Please be guided accordingly and thanks for your co-operation.
