Antigua & Barbuda Fisheries Division: The Fisheries Division is seeking the assistance of the public in locating an AIRMAN (SILENT DIESEL GENERATOR) SDG45 series which was stolen from the slipway area of the Point Wharf Fisheries Complex between the 20th and 22nd of September 2024.
The generator was used to power the pulley system for hauling and launching large fishing vessels.
Based on the size of the generator, a certain level of manpower or heavy-duty vehicle would have been required to move it from the shed that was protecting it from the elements.
A photo of a similar (i.e., in appearance) but larger generator in the series (Airman SDG60) is seen below for reference.
