Antigua Barbuda Department of Environment: The Department of Environment extends its sincere apologies for the unexpected delays in the ongoing Air Conditioning and Hurricane Shutter Programme.

This initiative is part of our broader commitment to enhancing the resilience, safety, and comfort of public infrastructure and communities across Antigua and Barbuda, especially as we approach the peak of the hurricane season.
We would like to inform the public that both the hurricane shutters and air conditioning units have been shipped and are currently en route to Antigua.

They are expected to arrive between September and October. Unfortunately, unforeseen delays at sea have pushed back the estimated delivery dates for these shipments.
For the list of approved applicants, please visit our website at www.environment.gov.ag.

The Department of Environment remains dedicated to enhancing the resilience and comfort of our nation’s infrastructure.
We appreciate the public’s patience and understanding as we manage the logistical challenges involved in international shipments. Rest assured, we will continue to provide timely updates as these essential resources arrive and are distributed.
