Caribbean Electric Utility Services Corporation (CARILEC) – This week we hosted the IS-100, IS-200, IS-300, IS-700, and IS-800 Emergency Preparedness Training Sessions at CARILEC’s Headquarters in Saint Lucia.
The Trainees are Disaster Coordinators and Occupational Health & Safety Officers from utilities across the region.
The sessions provide an in-depth overview of the National Incident Management System including the tools, practices and procedures available to effectively manage emergency incidents using their Incident Command Systems.
The week-long training session concludes with the successful completion of exams for each level to earn their certification.
