University of the West Indies Seismic Research Centre (UWI-SRC) – As of April 11th 2024, the Boiling Lake’s water level and activity have returned to almost normal conditions.
The public is reminded to be cautious whenever visiting the Boiling Lake.
The UWI-SRC and the Dominica ODM – Office of Disaster Management, Dominica continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates accordingly.
The UWI-SRC and the ODM, are the official sources of information on volcanic activity in Dominica.
