Office of The Prime Minister Antigua and Barbuda – On Monday 18th March, 2004 Prime Minister the Hon. Gaston Browne and Ambassador of Japan to Antigua and Barbuda, H . E. Matsubara Yutaka, signed a grant aid agreement for the construction of a Reverse Osmosis Plant at the Ffryes Beach Water Station.
The grant aid was signed under the Economic and Social Development Programme and is offered by Japan in the sum of $1, 342, 000 USD.
