Central Board of Health (CBH) – Public Health Inspectors and Environmental Health Aides from the Central Board of Health along with private individuals in the food safety business participated in a Certified Servsafe Training and Certification Program held at the Villa Community Centre.
The training was conducted on February 20th and 21st 2004 with the facilitator being Mr. Lionel Michael, who is a former Chief Health Inspector at the Central Board of Health.
The training will help to build the capacity of the team in food safety inspections.
