SIDS4 Antigua & Barbuda – There was only standing room remaining as scores of persons in Antigua and Barbuda packed a lecture room at the American University Campus on Thursday to hear details about the Volunteer programme for the 4th International Conference of Small Island States.
The information sharing exercise was the first major public activity in Antigua and Barbuda associated with the SIDS4 Conference.
The turnout was a strong and encouraging sign that there was increasing awareness about the issues related to SIDS and placed on show the positive interest by all in ensuring that the conference is a success.
