Tobago Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) – Seven days have passed since the unfortunate incident involving the overturned vessel and the oil-like substance off the coast of Cove Eco Industrial and Business Park, Tobago.

While the entire area has not yet been fully cleaned, we are pleased to highlight a significant improvement in Rockly Bay at Scarborough.
