CDEMA – Thursday 12th October, 2023 marked the official handover of critical equipment for the CARICOM Disaster Relief Unit (CDRU) to the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) by Global Affairs Canada through the Targeted Support to CDEMA Project.
The handover was done by Natalie Hutchinson, Senior International Assistance Officer for Global Affairs Canada to Andria Grosvenor, Planning & Business Development Manager at CDEMA
The Portable Power Station Kits will replace defective generators which were allocated to the CDRU for the supply of emergency back up power.
