NATIONAL OFFICE OF DISASTER SERVICES (NODS) – A three-day workshop on Shelters and Shelter Management sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) came to a close on Wednesday, 14th June 2023 at the Multi-purpose Cultural Centre.
The 25 participants were presented with certificates of participation. Topics covered included setting up a shelter, managing a shelter and telecommunications.
The sessions were facilitated by US AID representatives Terry Morris and Livingston Pemberton and NODS personnel Myron Ward, Anderson Tuitt and Marriette Francis.
